Previous research was about gene function inference via integrating large-volume microarray data with sequence data. Mostly the projects were computing-intensive, algorithm-based with some machine learning methods. See publications.

Ongoing research is about understanding the link between genotype and phenotype (GWAS mainly at this stage) lab page.
