• download wublast from http://blast.wustl.edu/licensing/
• download Repeat Database(RepBase) from http://www.girinst.org/
• Run Configure script of RepeatMasker(specify the path of blast...)

Commandline (2006-08-27):

• ~/bin/RepeatMasker/RepeatMasker -species human -dir ~/transfac/prom_seq_hs_masked/ -pa 4 ~/transfac/prom_seq_hs

Notices (2006-08-27):

• RepeatMasker will build the species-specific repeat database from the embl file the first time it runs with -species option.
• RepeatMasker halts when the sequence has length 0.
