Title: Simulating, Modeling and Refining Supramolecular Complexes at Multi-resolution and Multi-length Scales.

  • From structure to function interaction is ready to go. We don't have to acquire the high-resolution model to set off.
  • Statistics is good tool to reduce the parameters of complex system. Schrodinger equation in quantum physics gives probability. And Prof. Ma uses the statistic mechanics. The tool's specific name is like QMED.
  • Parameter overfitting. The ratio between the number of parameters and the number of data points determines overfitting. A practical way to judge whether the model overfits or not is to fit the model with 95% data and check whether the remaining 5% fits the model. The more datapoints are, the better.
