My feelings:
- first observe, gain some intuition, then generalize
- large-scale is not always a good way. It either adds some noise or only gives the general boring stuff. Eran only used 4 expr datasets for each organism. I should go into the fine-detailed study.
- regulatory study needs more observations to gain new ideas.
