Questions: How to mine microarray data further?

Discussion:

The edge-graph has an connectivity-vector and recurrence-vector, which basically reflects connection status of the edge-graph in individual dataset. Two directions, look for other edge-graphs that show either synchronous or insynchronous(opposite) connection status. How to get the edge-graph? What kind of edge-graph? The sum ofconnectivity-vector or recurrence-vector should reach some high? Yeah, we can get it by growing on some seeds.

Back to node-graph, in a triplet, two edges show significant positive correlation and one edge shows negative correlation. What does it mean?

In another triplet, two edges show significant negative correlation and another edge shows positive correlation. This sounds reasonable. 'Enemy's enemy is friend'. This kind of bridge relationship is interesting.
