(07-20-05) Feed forward or backward regulatory modes in biology

Today Mee H. Choi from Caltech talked Activation of CaMKII and Calcineurin. The relationship between Ca2+, Calmodulin, CaMKII is a typical feed forward loop, self-augmenting. The relationship between Ca2+, (some protein), Calcineurin is probably a feed backward loop, self-inhibitory(she hasn't studied it).

These two kinds of regulatory mechanisms are very popular in biology.

Question: How to predict these loops from microarry data?
