access MySQL in Nordborg Lab
Yu will give an introduction of how to access the resources in mySQL database. like phenotype data, raw array data, genotype calls, SNP p-value etc.
Venue is RRI 321 (the usual lab meeting room). it'll help understand if you bring laptop to exercise right there.
We need to decide:
1. time. next Tuesday (02/19/2008) afternoon 2pm (Monday is holiday).
2. topics. how to access the phenotype data, raw array data, association p-value, genotype calls
